Room tiles
Every room is the same big white tile: icon, name, and one coloured dot with words. On the phone it's two tiles a row.
Seven topics. Each shows the office as it is today (real screenshots, 6 Oct, v0.6f49ef9c), then two or three options drawn as simple mockups. Tap one pick per topic, add a note if you want. Nothing here changes the office. Step 7b builds what you pick, after step 6 is done.
Everything comes from the brand system, except three people colours that are not in it yet. Those are taken from today's office and need YT's yes before step 7b uses them.
One clash to settle: the brand says buttons and links are teal, but 5 Oct says the devs are the only teal thing. So every mockup uses dark ink buttons. That needs YT's yes too.
Big rooms with an icon and a name, one meaning per colour, a legend, readable on the phone. Room names are today's. The final room list comes from step 6, so the map is drawn once, after it.

Keeps today's building idea, but each floor is one row of big named rooms, light not dark, and the dot sits in the corner so it never covers a name.
No picture at all: rooms as a grouped list with a count on the right. Easiest to read on a phone, but it stops looking like a place.
Fewer borders, no beige with a red side bar, brand colours only. People: YT purple, Vy pink, the devs teal (the only teal thing), Claude orange with S, O and V badges (Studio, Office, Vy's Claude).
Paper behind, white cards with one thin line, dark ink buttons. Colour only where a person is.
The office frame is the brand's deep teal, the work stays on white cards. Closest to today's dark mood, but in brand colours.
The calmest: white everywhere, no borders at all, cards lift off with a soft shadow. Colour only in the people dots.
A clear title, what it is, the thing itself, at most 3 buttons, and a Details fold with every tag, link and the history, free to open (no tokens).
Top to bottom: title, one line, the thing, three buttons, the "tell it" box, Details folded shut.
The thing takes the left two thirds, the words and buttons sit beside it. On the phone it stacks like A.
For decisions: the card is the question, and the answers are the buttons. Fine for picks, odd for plain read-only cards.
One panel down the right for every conversation, replacing Ask Claude, Leave a comment, Explain it and the 🧵 Thread button. The thread for what's in front of you, plus a switcher for every chat.

Vy@yt I like version 2
Opens over the office like the Hypothesis sidebar, and stays open while you walk. The office behind stays full size.
Claude OTwo end visuals are ready.
YTVersion 2, thanks
The panel takes its own column and the office moves left, so nothing is ever hidden under it. Three tabs instead of a drop-down.
Closed, it's a strip of faces with red unread dots. Tap a face and it opens like A. Takes the least room.
Today it always looks like night (the moon by the clock, dark rooms), even at midday. Night in every option uses the brand's deep teal, not today's purple.
The office follows the time where you are: light in the day, dusk in the evening, deep teal at night. No setting to touch.
One light look all the time. Simplest, and the easiest to read late at night too.
A three-way switch, starting on Real clock. YT and Vy each keep their own setting.
On the phone you don't walk. You use menus and the chat.
Four fixed tabs, like most phone apps. Chat is a full screen of its own.
One ☰ menu holds every room, a round chat button floats bottom right and opens the chat from below.
Claude STwo end visuals are ready.
The phone opens on one list of what needs you. Rooms sit under More. The chat is a sheet you pull up from the bottom.
The red banner behind the action bar, button 2 covered and faded, the tour card over the corner, the unreadable map. The map fix is topic 1. Two ways to fix the rest.
The banner gets its own full line above the buttons, so it's read whole and covers nothing. The tour card sits top right, under the top bar.
No banners on the floor at all: anything waiting becomes a count on a 🔔 in the top bar. The tour is one centred card with the rest dimmed.

YT's and Vy's picks are kept apart: each is saved under its own name. Comments on any line go in Hypothesis.
