The asset library has moved into the brand hub

Every illustration now lives in one catalogue: emoji, elements, backgrounds and scenes. Each one has an ID, a preview, a download and tags. Use it there.

The files themselves are in 01-library/assets/illustrations/, and the catalogue links to them, not to copies.

The four review rounds that shaped the library (the recolour to direction A, clean scene frames, parked characters) are closed. YT decided the library is a catalogue, not a quiz. The full review page is kept for history in 99-archive/review-playground/.
