Review My Emails
RME-74 · Design template library

Every design asset, numbered and ready to use

Icons, logos, Delphi, fonts, colours, animations, images, illustrations and banner templates. Each one has an ID that never changes, so you can say "use D-012" and everyone finds the same file. Search, filter, scroll for ideas, then download the file or copy the hex, the font or the SVG. Drafts live only in Work in progress. Comment on anything with Hypothesis (top right).

The library

Final assets, plus legacy pieces marked as legacy so you can hide them. Click an ID to copy it, click a tag to search it. A link to one asset is this page with its ID on the end, for example #D-012.

Illustrations

The one catalogue of the illustration library: email emoji, elements and props, sea backgrounds and the layered scene kits. Every piece has its ID, what it shows, where it is used, and a download or copy. Browse by kit, search, or scroll for ideas. The backgrounds show in their clean 16:9 frames from round 4. Scene kit layers are single pieces, so stack them by the number in the file name (01 is the back).

Not final · do not publish

Work in progress

Everything here still waits on a YT yes. When its row in ASSETS.csv turns final, the piece moves to the library on the next build with the same ID. The illustrations have their own catalogue in the Illustrations section, with a draft tag on each piece until YT confirms them.

Inspiration: YT's legacy template libraries

Libraries YT built months ago in older repos. They are legacy, to learn from, not to copy. Each card says what is clever and what has to change before anything like it is used today (no one-sided borders, teal #0f766e, Lora and Manrope). The cards are text only. The screenshots stay private in the repo until YT approves them, and nothing from the old repos is served. Research home: 01-library/research/2026-09-23-legacy-template-libraries/.

Brand rules

From 01-library/voice/rme-brand-system.md, which points at the canonical brand system. Check a value there before shipping anything new. Direction: teal editorial. Calm, authoritative, not loud.

Colours final

Core palette: paper D-001, teal D-002, ink D-003. Verdict trio: D-004, D-005, D-006. The trio means To Keep, To Monitor and To Suppress, never decoration or scenery.

Fonts final

Lora for headlines (D-007), Manrope for body and interface (D-008), JetBrains Mono for IDs, numbers and pills (D-009). There is no darker or heavier brand font beyond these three.

The octopus is a lockup final

Delphi appears small, inside the logo lockup. Never a cartoon hero character. A design that leans on a big octopus illustration is off-brand, which is why the Delphi scenes are marked legacy.

LinkedIn banner safe zones final

No readable content on the left edge. Company page banner (1128 x 191): start at x 320 or more. Personal profile banner (1584 x 396): start at x 400 or more, or right-align.

Spacing, buttons, footers not in the brand yet

The brand file has no spacing scale, no approved button and no approved footer. Logged as gaps, not invented here. The one small part it has is the verdict pill:
To KeepTo MonitorTo Suppress

Verdict emblems final

D-012 To Keep is a boat under full sail. D-013 To Monitor is the mati, the watching eye, and its blue is part of it. D-014 To Suppress is a struck-through ring of eight octopus suckers. The word always sits beside the emblem. Never SAFE or HIGH RISK, never a bin for To Suppress, never recoloured or redrawn. On a dark ground the emblem stays plain, with no white outline (decided 2026-09-23). If a dark background fails contrast, fix the background, not the emblem.

Icon size next to a label confirmed 2026-09-23

The icon is at least 1.3 times the height of the label text beside it, never under 24px rendered, and at least 28px on the 1128 x 191 company banners, where a phone shows the banner small. Confirmed in 00-inbox/decisions/2026-09-23-dark-mode-emblem-plain.md, from the proposal 00-inbox/proposals/2026-09-23-verdict-icon-size-rule.md (shown on its proposal page). Writing it into the brand system file is still a YT-merged edit.
